Monitoring works on behalf of a bank or investor, including initial design and cost reporting, site inspections and recommendation for scheduled release of funds. Certifying completion of works.
Acting as the Employer’s Agent, the client’s professional construction adviser during procurement of works via a Design and Build procurement route. The Employer’s agent will produce a performance specification, obtain tenders and monitor construction through to completion.
